What can a Physical Therapist Help me With?
If you are experiencing any aches and pain, no matter if they are an acute injury or a nagging pain that you have been dealing with for years our physical therapists can help! Physical therapists are experts in how the body moves and can help determine the root cause of your pain and help to get you back to doing the activities you love to do! Check out the list to read more on some of the areas we treat!

What to Expect?
During your first session you and your physical therapist will sit down and discuss the history of your symptoms and other relevant information. Your therapist may have you perform various movements and tests that will help determine the root cause of your pain. From there your therapist will work manually on your muscles, fascia and tissue in various ways to help improve their mobility and decrease pain. They will tailor a home program to improve your strength, stability, balance and flexibility. You and your therapist will work to determine what schedule will work best for you and your recovery. Each session is typically 60 minutes in duration and will be one-on-one with your therapist in a private treatment room.

"They provide more personal service and try different techniques to resolve issues rather than doing the same thing over and over again, like an assembly line, as so many physical therapy clinics do." - Tim B.
