Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy

Whether you just suffered an injury or are dealing with long-standing chronic pain physical therapy at Balanced Fitness & Health can help you! We will partner you with the right therapist to fit your needs to expedite the results. Treatments are always one-on-one for an hour in a private treatment room. We will take the time to listen to what areas of pain you have and work to help find the solution to resolve it. Sessions will typically include manual work to improve joint mobility, decrease muscle tension and pain. We will use various modalities such as cupping, ultrasound, TENS or myofascial tools to assist as needed. We will tailor a home program to improve strength, stability, balance and flexibility.

Reduce your pain and get stronger and healthier than ever!

"They provide more personal service and try different techniques to resolve issues rather than doing the same thing over and over again."
-Tim B.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a treatment that your physical therapist may use for pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. With this technique, a provider inserts thin needles into or near your trigger points or tight points in your muscle or fascial tissue. The needles can stimulate your muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch. This helps to release them and relieve pain and improve your mobility. At Balanced Fitness & Health we have 3 therapists who are certified in dry needling and are ready to help you get out of pain and restore movement!
