I am a business owner, wife, mother of two active children and a breast cancer survivor. During my healing from breast cancer, I began to see how the busyness of life was taking me away from my true self and contributing to my illness. The symptoms I experienced manifested outwardly as pain, stress, and anxiety to name a few. I knew I needed to change. I started by making myself a greater priority and created space in my life for healing to take place. The result of the changes I made has been a beautiful transformation that is a testament to the power of the connection between mind, body and spirit in restoring a state of balance.
